Assurance Given to Send Case for Regularizing Services of Outsourced Gardeners

Patiala- A delegation of the Class Fourth Government Employees Union Punjab (1680) and district office-bearers met the Executive Engineer (XEN) of the Horticulture Division, PWD (B&R), Patiala. State President Darshan Singh Lubana also participated in the meeting.
The discussion focused on the demands of Class IV gardeners who have been working on an outsourced basis under the Horticulture Division for a long time. Key issues discussed included inducting these outsourced workers into the department, regularizing their services, providing all entitled benefits, and ensuring a minimum monthly salary of Rs 35,000.
Union leaders Darshan Singh Lubana, Shiv Charan, Satnam Singh, and Kuldeep Singh issued a press note stating that the Executive Engineer has decided that once all outsourced gardeners submit their documents—including Aadhar card, PAN card, and bank account records—within three days, their case for departmental induction and regularization will be prepared and forwarded to higher authorities. 
The union leaders assured the official that the required records would be submitted within the stipulated time. Other members present included Hardeep Singh, Gurinder Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Harvinder Singh, and Gurcharan Singh.
