Nawanshahr: Following the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Gulpreet Singh Aulakh, Assistant Commissioner (General) Ramanjit chaired a special meeting today to review cases pending in various honorable courts related to the offices of the Deputy Commissioner, SDM, Tehsils, and other departments.
During the meeting, the status of cases under judicial consideration was examined. The Assistant Commissioner (General) instructed officials to ensure strict compliance with court orders. She emphasized that written statements, replies, and files must be submitted to the courts in a timely manner so that there is no deficiency on the part of the administration. 
She directed the concerned officials and staff to ensure attendance on the scheduled dates for the proceedings of pending cases. Reasons for delays in case disposal were also reviewed, and instructions were given to put in place robust measures to avoid such delays in the future.
The meeting was attended by Deputy District Attorney Ashok Kumar, along with officials and staff from various departments who presented reports regarding the cases pertaining to their respective offices.
