Ratia, June 27: It is a matter of pride for the region that Prof. Arshdeep Singh Mander, a resident of Ratia, has achieved the distinction of becoming a university topper by securing 994 out of 1000 marks (99.4%) in his M.Ed. studies in Canada. He set a new record by scoring a perfect 800 out of 800 marks (100%) in his research work.
Sharing this information, Dr. Naib Singh Mander, Chairman of Lok Chetna Manch, Haryana, stated that after completing his higher education at Panjab University, Arshdeep Singh Mander got the opportunity to pursue an M.Ed. in Canada. Through his exceptional talent and hard work, he secured the first position in the university with a score of 99.4%. Students from approximately 10 countries were studying alongside him in this course; by securing the top spot among them, he has brought glory to the region, the state, and the country.
