Approval to open 52 static agriculture labs of modern technology Chief Minister
Chandigarh, June 16:- In the meeting of the High Powered Purchase Committee chaired by Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, approval was given to open 52 static agriculture labs of modern technology at a cost of Rs 28 lakh to test nitrogen in the cultivable land of farmers in the state.
Apart from this, 32 works worth about Rs 1468.25 crore of various departments including Revenue Department, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, CRED, Skill Development, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority, HSVP, Electricity Corporation, Public Works Department, Public Health, Irrigation and Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation were also approved.
Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, School Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana, Public Health Engineering Minister Ranbir Gangwa, Irrigation Minister Shruti Chaudhary, Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Rajesh Khullar, Principal Secretary Arun Gupta and many other senior officials were present in the meeting.
Soil testing of about 12 lakh farmers' land will be done
The Chief Minister said that through these static labs, soil samples of about 12 lakh farmers will be taken every year and nitrogen urea will be tested and complete information about the amount of urea used in arable land will be given so that farmers can increase the fertility of the land by using it in the prescribed amount.
He said that a wide-scale campaign will be launched to spread awareness among farmers about natural farming. A roadmap will be prepared for this and ministers and MLAs will be assigned duties in the respective districts. He said that he himself will also join this campaign and make the farmers aware. Natural farming will be encouraged in 4000 acres of land, as per the target taken especially in Morni area.
All types of legal disputes including land distribution will be resolved transparently
The Chief Minister also approved the 'Revenue Court Case Management System' to ensure proper resolution of all court cases of the Revenue Department. This will ensure transparent resolution of revenue related court cases in all revenue offices of the state. This system, which will be started at a cost of about Rs 9 crore, will enable proper resolution of all types of legal disputes including land distribution.
The meeting approved the works of permanent work of Kaushalya Dam Panchkula, reconstruction of Bhaloth Sub Branch from RD 124000 to 156014 in Yamuna Water Services Circle Rohtak, construction of pumping station for raw water from Barwala branch to Hisar Airport and construction of Rana Distributary. Similarly, approval was given to construct drain for rainwater drainage from Panchkula Bus Stand Rotary to Traffic Light 4-11 Chowk and construction of 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant in Pinjore Kalka Urban Complex Sector 29.
Approval to construct Guru Ravidas Bhawan and Museum in Kurukshetra
The meeting approved the construction of Guru Ravidas Bhawan and Museum in Sector 33 Kurukshetra. The Chief Minister said that this building, which will be built on the lines of the Sikh Museum, will cost Rs 76.60 crore and will be ready in about 24 months. He said that it will become a better center of faith for the people. Therefore, no compromise will be made with quality in the construction of the museum.
The services will be enhanced at a cost of about Rs 16 crore to strengthen the operation and management system through the High Powered Purchase Committee. Apart from this, the purchase of machinery and equipment of the department for training youth in skill development and industrial sector and the purchase of cement for works in boards and corporations were also approved.
Construction of Ayush Hospital in Shri Krishna University
The meeting approved the repair of the road from Basai Chowk to Old Railway Road and the road from Railway Road to IFFCO Chowk by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority. Gannaur's International Fruit and Vegetable Market 132 KV in Gannaur The power house and 10 sub-stations of 33 KV and 11 KV line including Barwa, Ajrani, Pai, Chukuladana, Kangthali, Thana, Siwan, Guhla, Pundri, Shahpurnurad were also approved.
Expansion of CETP of 9 MLD capacity in Kundli, construction of AYUSH hospital in IMT Phase 3 Badal on CC Road and Shri Krishna AYUSH University were also approved. Its construction will cost about Rs 465 crore. Construction of 56 residences for officials in Jind and white topping work on Rewari Narnaul National Highway 11 were also approved.
In the meeting of the High Powered Purchase Committee, the work of construction of additional boosting station and laying of pipeline in Sirsa city under Amrit 2 scheme, along with installation of 4.50 MLD water treatment plant and construction of 10 MLD sewage treatment plant on Kelaniya Road was approved. The construction of these will cost about Rs. 41 crore. Similarly, the construction of clean water tank in the third water works for drinking water in Sirsa along with construction of boosting station will be done.
Construction of 60 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant in Ambala City
A 60 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant will be constructed in Devinagar, Ambala City. Its construction will cost Rs. 104 crore. Apart from this, approval was also given to build water drainage in various water logging areas of Ambala Sadar Town. Approval was also given to upgrade the 24 MLD Primary Treatment Plant on Netaji Road in Rewari City to TTP.
A raw water pumping station will be constructed in the canal-based water works to provide sufficient drinking water to 17 villages in Bishanpur, Rewari. Approval was also given to increase the capacity of the pipeline from Agra Canal Water Tank in Hodal Town and to lay a sewer line.

Ganesan, Deputy Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Yashpal Yadav, Director General Supply and Disposal Pankaj, Public Health Devendra Dahiya and many senior officials were present.
