Chandigarh, February 6:- Haryana Staff Selection Commission Chairman Mr. Himmat Singh said that online applications have been invited for direct recruitment to various groups of posts in Advertisement No. 3/2026.
He said that candidates can apply online through the link https://adv032026.hryssc.com from February 6, 2026 to 11:59 pm on February 20, 2026. After this, the website link itself will become inactive. He clarified that the seniority of the departments will come from only nine candidates who will pass the 1st Stenography Skill Test.
In the same series, Mr. Himmat Singh said that as per the notification issued by the state government, Sikh candidates will be allowed to wear and carry Kirpan as per the prescribed standards in all the examinations organized by the Commission. The total length of the kirpan should not exceed 9 inches (22.86 cm) and the blade length should not exceed 6 inches (15.24 cm). Such Sikh candidates will have to report at the examination centre at least one hour before the scheduled time of the examination.
In addition, married female candidates will be allowed to wear mangalsutra in the examination room and they will have to reach the examination centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Mr. Himmat Singh said that the Commission has issued necessary instructions to all the examination centres, observers and security personnel as per the notification of the state government, so that these provisions can be followed smoothly.
