Chandigarh:- Patti MLA and former minister Laljit Singh Bhullar, who was named in the suicide case of Punjab Warehousing Corporation District Manager Gagandeep Singh Randhawa, has been arrested by Amritsar Police from Mandi Gobindgarh today.
Let us tell you that the case against Laljit Bhullar and two others has been registered by the Ranjit Avenue police station in Amritsar on the basis of the complaint of the deceased Gagandeep's wife Upinder Kaur. The police have also named Laljit Bhullar and his father Sukhdev Singh Bhullar and PA Dilbagh Singh in the case.
Punjab Warehousing Corporation Amritsar District Manager Gagandeep Singh Randhawa had committed suicide after making various allegations against Laljit Singh Bhullar. As soon as the information about this case came to light, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann had resigned from the post of cabinet minister from Laljit Bhullar and handed over the investigation of the case to the Punjab Chief Secretary.
