Adopt Vastu Principles for Yoga Dr Bhupendra Vastushastri
Hoshiarpur:- There is a deep connection between Yoga and Vastu; if you want to practice Yoga or exercise regularly, you should pay special attention to the Vastu of your home. You will be able to maintain consistency in your Yoga and exercise routine only if the Vastu of your home is correct; if the Vastu of the building is faulty, then it becomes difficult to maintain regularity.
This is the view of internationally renowned Vastu expert and author, Dr. Bhupendra Vastushastri. The energy generated by the internal structure of our home affects our mind and intellect, and this effect, in turn, increases agility and vitality in our body.
Vastu principles suggest that to keep your body well-toned, attractive and healthy, you should ensure that the East, South-East (Agneya Kona), and South directions – and especially the North-East (Ishaan Kona) – are free from Vastu doshas. Vastu doshas in the West direction can lead to lethargy, which keeps a person away from yoga.
Only when the directions are free from doshas can a person overcome lethargy and remain regular in their exercise and yoga practice. Apart from these principles, there is another Vastu guideline: by facing East or North while doing yoga or exercising, a person can gain more natural energy.
