Ferozepur, 04 August:- Additional District Magistrate Ferozepur Dr. Amandeep Kaur (PCS) informed that on the basis of violation of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 and the report received from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, the licenses of various firms engaged in the work of Consultancy / Coaching of IELTS / Travel Agency / Ticketing Agent have been cancelled.
These firms include Abroad Masters, Care of E School, Opposite Police Station, Ferozepur City, Gradicos Consultants, Outside Makhu Gate, Circular Road, Near Dev Samaj College, Ferozepur City, Better World Immigration and Visa Consultant GT Road Street No: 08 Ferozepur Cantt, Arjun Immigration and Education Service Private Limited, 49 P, House No: 901, Suraj Avenue, Ichhe Wala Road Ferozepur City, APT IELTS Institute Namdev Chowk, Near Bus Stand, Mallanwala Road Ferozepur City, Eco Global Immigration Consultant Da Mall Near Railway Bridge/Magazine Gate, Ferozepur City, R.B. IELTS and Immigration Consultant Amritsari Gate, Near Dera Radha Swami, Ferozepur City, Power Learn Global Immigration 80 P, Street No: 11, Railway Road Ferozepur Cantt, Canaan Tour and Travels, Shop No: 8/4, Chhatta Bazaar Ferozepur City, whose licenses have been cancelled/revoked.
She said that the licenses were suspended because the said license holders did not get their licenses renewed within the stipulated time. After this, the license holders were asked in writing to submit their reply, but the license holders did not submit their reply either. 
By doing so, these license holders have violated Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2013 framed under the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Rules, 2012 (Named as Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act). Therefore, the licenses of these license holders are cancelled/revoked with immediate effect under Section 6(1)(e) of the said Act.
