Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, June 12, 2026:- Additional District Magistrate Mrs. Geetika Singh, acting under the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2012, has cancelled the license of the firm "Evolve with Arshdeep Kaur" with immediate effect.
The Additional District Magistrate stated that the firm "Evolve with Arshdeep Kaur," located at Showroom No. 10 B 1871, 2nd Floor, Desu Majra, Tehsil Kharar, Mohali, owned by Arshdeep Kaur (daughter of Parminder Singh, wife of Charanjeev Rana), was issued license number 634/IC on December 26, 2023, for the purpose of an IELTS coaching institute, valid until December 25, 2028.
The ADC explained that the owner of the firm, Arshdeep Kaur, had submitted an application to the district administration stating that no students had been enrolled in the institution since November 2024, causing continuous financial losses. Consequently, she had requested the closure of the institution and the cancellation of the license.
In her application, the applicant clarified that there are no complaints or cases registered against her and that there are no outstanding dues to be paid to any clients. She further stated that if any liability arises in the future, she will take full responsibility.
In view of the aforementioned facts, received reports, and the application, the Additional District Magistrate has cancelled license number 634/IC, issued on December 26, 2023, to the firm "Evolve with Arshdeep Kaur" with immediate effect, under the provisions of Section 6(1)(g) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2012.
