Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, February 10, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Mrs. Geetika Singh has cancelled the license of Target 9 Firm.
According to the Additional District Magistrate, Target 9 Firm S.C. F No: 32, 2nd Floor, Phase-5, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owner Mr. Darshan Singh son of Mr. Ajay Pal Singh House No: 406, Gilco Valley, Sector 127, Kharar Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, has been granted license No. 399/IC for consultancy work. Date 16.07.2020 was issued, the validity of which has expired on 15.07.2025.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that, by not sending information regarding monthly reports and advertisements as per the Act/Rules and Advisory by the licensee, not getting the license renewed, not following the clauses of the license, not replying/giving clarification to the notice, the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 have been violated by the firm and the licensee.
In view of the above facts, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, the license number 399/IC issued to Target 9 firm has been cancelled. Dated 16.07.2020 has been cancelled/revoked with immediate effect.
Further, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said Company/Firm/ Partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said Company/Director/Partner/licensee shall be responsible in every respect for the same and shall also be liable to compensate the same.
