Acharya Gagan conducted an indepth meditation session on Soham

Hisar, March 8: - Under the aegis of Samarthguru Dhara Sangh, the Hisar Sangh successfully organized its weekly Sunday meditation session today. A large number of seekers participated and experienced spiritual energy. The program was conducted by Acharya Gagan, who led the attendees through an in-depth meditation on Soham. Acharya Gagan explained that "Soham" is an ancient spiritual mantra, meaning "I am That," meaning the experience of the unity of the soul and the Supreme Being.
Soham meditation is a simple and effective meditation practiced with breathing. The mind is mentally chanted "So" while inhaling and "Ham" while exhaling. This process helps the seeker stabilize their mind in the present moment and awakens inner peace. Acharya Gagan explained that regular practice reduces stress, anxiety, and mental unrest, while increasing self-confidence and positive energy.
At the end of the program, the seekers shared their experiences and said that after the meditation they felt mental lightness, positivity and deep peace. Acharya Subhash, National Convener of Samarthguru Dhara Sangh, expressed his gratitude to Acharya Gagan and said that such meditation sessions are organized every Sunday from 7 am to 9 am at their Sadhana Kendra in Kaushik Nagar, so that spiritual awareness and mental health can be promoted in the society. This Sunday meditation program by Hisar Sangh was very successful and inspiring.
