AAP Government Committed to Resolving Problems of the Farming Community Kulwant Singh

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, April 17: Following the resolution of their demands, a delegation of farmers today thanked Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh. The delegation reached the MLA's office in Sector 79 to meet him.
It is worth mentioning that the farmers had recently organized a massive protest outside the GMADA office to seek a resolution to their demands. During that time, MLA Kulwant Singh had assured the farmers that he would take their demands to the high command for a resolution. He had subsequently ended the peaceful protest by offering juice to the agitating farmers.
On this occasion, farmer leaders stated that previous governments and various political parties never listened to their problems seriously, but the current government has prioritized and solved them. They specifically thanked MLA Kulwant Singh, stating that he rose above party lines to ensure justice for the farmers.
The meeting was attended by Jagjit Singh (District President, Bhartiya Kisan Union Dakaunda), Gurpratap Singh Bari, Jaspal Singh Shekhan Majra, Gurmeet Singh Siau (Bhartiya Kisan Union Rajewal), Gurwinder Singh, Nirmal Singh, Jagat Singh, Nahar Singh Sarpanch, Kesar Singh, Gurbhajan Singh Nambardar, Satish Kumar Chaudhary (Kishanpura), Gurpreet Singh, Harminder Singh Patto, Dilwar Singh, Harjit Singh, Kamaljit Singh, Amanpreet Singh, Surinder Singh Shekhan Majra, and several others.
Talking to journalists, MLA Kulwant Singh said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Aam Aadmi Party government is fulfilling every promise made to the people. He said that keeping public health in mind, besides Mohalla Clinics, a free health insurance scheme up to ?10 lakh has been implemented, allowing people to get treated in government and private hospitals without any difficulty.
He further added that under the education revolution, large-scale reforms have been made in Punjab's government schools. Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains are conducting surprise visits to educational institutions to solve problems immediately, which has led to an increase in enrollments in government schools.
The MLA mentioned that to keep the younger generation away from drugs, sports stadiums are being constructed on a large scale. Additionally, the repair and new construction of link roads in villages and cities are in full swing.
He stated that the government's main objective is the immediate resolution of people's problems and ensuring the all-round development of Punjab.
