Ratia, February 15: A teacher-parent meeting was held at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Khai. The meeting was chaired by school principal Avnish Kumar. He welcomed all the parents who attended on behalf of the school. Parents were informed of the results of the recent pre-board exams.
Parents were encouraged to enroll as many female students as possible in the school for the upcoming 2026-27 school year and were informed of the school's specialties. Regarding the facilities provided at the school, the principal stated that students receive three meals a day, free uniforms for children (6-8), and ?100 pocket money for all children.
Addressing the parents, the hostel warden advised them not to keep their children at home and to visit them after school hours or on holidays. On this occasion Kanwarjeet, Banwari Lal, Sarita Rani, Seema Rani, Sunita Rani, Rupinder Kaur, Ghanshyam, Sunil Kumar and parents of the children were present.
