Hansi: A resolution camp was organized on Monday at the Joint Office Complex, where Naib Tehsildar Suresh Kumar directly interacted with citizens and listened to their problems. He instructed the departmental officers present at the camp to ensure prompt and effective resolution of all complaints.
The Naib Tehsildar stated that the purpose of organizing resolution camps is to resolve citizens' problems quickly and on a priority basis, so that people do not have to run around offices; this is the administration's top priority.
Applications were submitted at the camp for the correction of electricity bills, the issuance and updating of ration cards, the cleaning of the sewage drain near SD Modern School in the city, and the provision of adequate, uninterrupted electricity to ensure drainage in the fields of Dhana Khurd village.
The Naib Tehsildar directed the concerned departments to take necessary action and submit reports to resolve all the presented problems. He stated that solving people's problems is the primary objective of the administration.
