Hoshiarpur: Under the dynamic leadership of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal and the support of Hoshiarpur Campus Director Prof. Ashish Arora, the third-year students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) organized a grand farewell party to bid farewell to the final-year B.Tech CSE students. The event was held in the college auditorium amid a joyous and emotional atmosphere, attended by faculty members, students, and departmental staff.
The event began with a welcome address by Campus Coordinator Dr. S.K. Mahala. Following this, the Head of the Department and other faculty members expressed their views. They congratulated the graduating students on their academic achievements and encouraged them to work hard and achieve success in their professional lives.
During the farewell ceremony, junior students presented various cultural performances, including group dances, solo songs, plays, and fun games. These performances created an atmosphere of excitement and entertainment, creating memorable moments for all present.
To make the event even more exciting, titles like Mr. Farewell and Miss Farewell were also awarded. Senior students were presented with mementos and gifts in recognition of their contributions to the department.
On this occasion, several final-year students shared their experiences and memories of college life and expressed their gratitude to their teachers and juniors.
Other faculty members, including Dr. Brijesh Bakaria, Umesh Kumar, Mansi, Ravneet Kaur, Kavita, and Savita, were also present.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by a group photo session and refreshments. The farewell ceremony left everyone with emotional and memorable moments as the final-year students prepared to embark on a new chapter in their lives.
