MANILA (Philippines) - A 7.6-magnitude earthquake struck a southern Philippine province on Friday morning, raising the risk of a tsunami. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake was expected to cause damage and aftershocks.
The epicenter was located about 62 kilometers southeast of Manay City near Davao Oriental province.
