Hisar:– In the Samadhan camp organized in the local joint office complex Hansi, SDM Rajesh Khoth listened to various public problems seriously and instructed the officers of the concerned departments to ensure solution on an immediate basis. On this occasion, Naib Tehsildar Daya Chand and other officers were also present. On the problems raised in the camp regarding waterlogging, SDM Rajesh Khoth instructed the officers to immediately go to the spot and take stock of the situation and ensure necessary arrangements so that people do not have to face any kind of problem. He said in a strict tone that any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this work.
Complaints regarding widow pension of Sheela Devi, resident of Char Qutub Gate and old age pension of Kashmiri Lal, resident of Putti Mangal Kha were also presented in the Samadhan camp. The SDM instructed the concerned department to approve the pension immediately after checking the necessary documents. Similarly, Sanjeev Kumar, resident of Durga Colony, complained about the problem being caused by rainwater filling in the empty plot near his house. On this, the SDM instructed the officials of the Municipal Council to immediately go to the spot and drain out the water. Also, orders were given to install electric pump sets to solve the problem of waterlogging near the cremation ground of Siwana village.
During the camp, many other applications including reducing income in the family identity card were also submitted, for which the concerned departments were directed to resolve them quickly.
SDM Rajesh Khoth said that the purpose of the Samadhan camp is to solve the problems of the people immediately on the spot. He made it clear to the officials that any kind of delay in solving the problems of the public will not be tolerated.
