Golden chapter of trust in the judicial system - Kurukshetra became a witness.

Chandigarh, October 3:- The holy city of Kurukshetra, which gave the sacred message of the Gita to the whole world, today became a witness to the golden era of trust in the judicial system. The occasion was the inauguration of an exhibition based on the three criminal laws passed by Parliament in May 2023 - the Indian Penal Code, the Indian Civil Code and the Indian Evidence Act, 2023. The Union Home Minister of the country, Mr. Amit Shah, formally inaugurated this exhibition in Kurukshetra on Friday and also saw a live demo of its implementation process.

While praising the working style of Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini in the program, Mr. Shah said that Saini is not only rich in soft-spoken and cheerful personality but is also a hard-working and visionary leader. He praised the efforts of the Chief Minister to bring Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's vision of Developed India, 2047 to the land of Haryana.

Brahmasarovar becomes a witness to a historic moment
This event on the banks of the holy Brahmasarovar, famous for the Gita Jayanti Mahotsav, holds special significance. Here, Lord Shri Krishna gave the message of Karma to Arjuna.

"Karmaneyevadhikaraste maa fleshu kadachan"
Taking forward this sentiment, Kurukshetra was chosen as the symbolic place for implementing the new criminal law.

Diwali gift to the people
During the program, Shri Amit Shah inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of crores of rupees worth of development schemes related to housing, cooperation, education, health and roads for the people of Haryana. He said that Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Saini are working to bring the light of development to the last person of the society through poor-centric schemes.

Demo of the new justice system
A special demonstration in the program showed how fast the police take action as soon as information is received on dial 112 and how the entire process of getting the accused punished till the court is completed. This demo was shown live through LED panels at the exhibition venue, which established new trust in the justice system among the people.

Moment of pride
Home Minister Amit Shah was thrilled to see this exhibition and the justice system of Haryana. He said that the new criminal laws will further strengthen the trust of the general public in the judiciary. It is worth mentioning that Prime Minister Modi has already appreciated the special initiative of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and the Haryana government in the Mann Ki Baat program.
Today's event is a proud moment not only for Haryana but also for the entire country, when a new chapter of trust in the judicial system began from Kurukshetra.
