
Elections 2024 Model Code of Conduct training given: District Election Officer
Nawanshahr - Under the leadership of District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa, Lok Sabha Election 2024 Model Code of Conduct, C-Vigil (Complaints), ESMS and Incor were issued to all Assistant Returning Officers, Nodal Officers, Revenue in the district. Training was given to Tax Department, Police Department and Excise Department.

Training was given to Tax Department, Police Department and Excise Department.
On this occasion, District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhav issued instructions to all Assistant Returning Officers and all Nodal Officers to work as per instructions. The Deputy Commissioner said that all the nodal officers and teams of the Lok Sabha elections were informed about the instructions and all the basic information in this regard was given through PPT.
In this training, Additional Deputy Commissioner (PEV) Sagar Setia gave detailed information about the instructions of the Election Commission of India regarding Model Code of Conduct to all Assistant Returning Officers, Nodal Officers, Teams, Officers, BDPOs. Apart from this, detailed information was given regarding the settlement of complaints received during the Model Code of Conduct. On this occasion, SSP Dr Mehtab Singh IPS gave detailed information regarding law and order. On this occasion, SDM Nawanshahr Dr Akshita Gupta, SDM Banga Vikramjit Singh Panthe, SDM Balachore Ravinder Bansal and nodal officers were present.
