Patiala, December 28 - Former minister and senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia, who is facing investigation in the drug case, has once again been summoned to appear before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on December 30 at 11 am.
The 'SIT' headed by ADGP Mukhwinder Singh Chhina had sent a summons to Majithia to appear on December 27 as well, but Majithia wrote in his reply that the documents he needs regarding the questions asked by the 'SIT', They are not available yet, so give more time. Majithia also appeared in the office of Mukhwinder Singh Chhina on December 18 and faced questions from the investigation team for about seven and a half hours. It is to be mentioned here that the 'SIT' chief is retiring on December 31.
