Nawanshahr- As per the guidelines of Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Ankurjit Singh and the instructions of District Sports Officer Vandana Chauhan, an awareness camp was organized under the campaign against drug abuse at Sports Center SN College Banga.
Under this awareness camp, athletics relay race and kabaddi show match were organized under the leadership of Malkit Singh Athletics Coach to connect the youth with the ground and keep them away from drugs, in which the youth participated enthusiastically. During this, District Sports Officer Vandana Chauhan said that the Sports Department will make every effort to keep the youth away from drugs and will continue to organize such awareness camps against drugs.
He said that Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district will be drug free and the dreams of our martyrs will come true. Miss Lovepreet Kaur Athletics Coach, Gurjit Kaur Kabaddi Coach and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
