SAS Nagar, December 14 - The 18th three-day sports competition organized by District Athletic Association under the leadership of life time president of the association S. Pritam Singh, secretary and retired coach of SOI S. Swaran Singh and president S. Malkit Singh Koch at the stadium of local sector 78. are being conducted under which on the first day 8 to 14 years category, on the second day 16 to 20 years and on the third day senior category and veteran category competitions were conducted. At the end of the day, the winning children were awarded with medals and track suits.

On December 13, competitions were held for the age group of 16 years to 20 years. Sports competitions were initiated by SP Jagjit Singh Jalla (Arjan Awardee) and Smt. Sarabjit Kaur (Ex SDM, Mohali) and motivated the children to engage in sports. On this day, SP Mrs. Jyoti Yadav, DSP Harsimran Singh Ball, Head of Budha Dal Baba Kulwinder Singh Chamkaur Sahib and Chief Sevadar of Gurudwara Singh Sahidan Sohana Sahib S. Harjinder Singh arrived to bless the winning children. He was honored with a track suit.
