Nawanshahr- Gurjar Gaurav Society Nawanshahr organized a special function on the occasion of International Gurjar Day dedicated to the birth anniversary of the great Gurjar Pratihar Samrat Mahal Bhoj at Nawanshahr. This impressive function was started with Mangalacharan Bani.
After this, flowers and garlands were offered to the picture of Samrat Mahal Bhoj. The program began with a telefilm prepared by Varinder Bajar about the Gurjar community and the sacrifices made by the priceless gems of the Gurjar community in history. On this occasion, various speakers shed light on various Gurjar kings and ministers, religious personalities from the eighth century to the freedom movement.
Gurjar Gaurav Society Nawanshahr founder Rajkumar Bajar PPS DSP gave a brief explanation of the objectives of the society and sought everyone's cooperation so that a model Gurjar Bhawan is built in Nawanshahr.
