Jalandhar- A one-day International Khalian Do Referee Seminar was organized in Jalandhar in association with World Champion Dalip Singh Rana (The Great Khali), President Khalian Do International, the founder of Modern Martial Arts Khalian Do based on Make in India. It was supervised by Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, President and Technical Director Khalian Do India.
About 50 senior martial arts trainers from the US, Australia, Canada, Dubai, Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar and the host Punjab participated in this one-day international online and offline seminar.
In the seminar, The Great Khali Dalip Singh Rana and Technical Officer Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh gave information about the sports rules of Khali Do Modern Martial Arts related fitness event, Point Fight Light Contact Event and Khali Raw Ring Fight Event and the necessary techniques for conducting competitions. Meanwhile, Technical Secretaries Yadvinder and Narpinder Singh provided training through demonstration.
The technical officers who performed excellently in the seminar were honored with medals and certificates by the Association's Patron Narinder Pal Singh, Rajiv Walia (Chairman Youth Sports Welfare Board), General Secretary Sachin Pathak, as well as Bashir Ahmed, Subhash Mohite, Mohammad Rafi Sheikh, Sunil Kamboj, Rosy Balwinder Kaur, Bandana Singh.
On this occasion, Rajiv Walia said that the senior technical officers selected in this seminar will render their services in the upcoming national and international Khali Do competitions and will contribute fully to taking Khali Do to the global stage. Bashir Ahmed, Subhash Mohite, Mohammad Rafi, Yadvinder, Narpinder Singh, Dr. Selvam, Vikas Kamboj and Santosh Kumar Singh got the status of International Khali Do Referee.
