Una, June 28- Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal held a meeting regarding the smooth and effective conduct of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) Preliminary Examination-2025 being conducted by Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission on Sunday, June 29. In the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner informed that 8 centers have been set up in Una district for the HPAS examination in which a total of 2247 students will appear in the examination.
These examination centers include Government Model Senior Secondary School Bahdala, Rockford Day Boarding Public School Rakkad Colony Una, Lala Jagat Narayan Himotkarsh Girls Degree College Kotla Khurd, SSRVM RVM Una, Government Degree College Una, Government Girls Senior Secondary School Una, RVM Chatra Una and Government Industrial Training Institute Una (Pirnigah Road). The examination will be conducted in two sessions from 10 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 4 pm.
He informed that to ensure smooth conduct of the examination, BDO Una, KL Verma, CPO Una Sanjay Sankhyan and Deputy Director Elementary Education Una Som Lal have been selected as inspection officers. Along with this, Deputy Commissioner Una's assistant Diyalu has been assigned the responsibility of officially assisting the District Coordinator to ensure successful and smooth conduct of the examination.
Jatin Lal informed that all the foolproof arrangements related to security, fairness and transparency have been made for smooth and peaceful conduct of the examination centers set up for the HPAS examination. Arrangements like CCTV and biometric verification are also available at all the centers. He has appealed to the candidates to reach the examination venue as per the time and date mentioned on the entrance examination letter.
