In 2017, the government closed the cell
The minister said that the sports wing of PSPCL was formed in 1973. But unfortunately, it was closed in the year 2017. At that time, the Congress government was in power in the state. Now the government has restored the sports cell. After this, sports have been organized under the All India Electricity Control Board. Punjab also participated in this. Along with this, he said that 60 new players will be recruited in the sports cell so that our sports cell can be further strengthened. The minister said that CM Mann himself shows interest in sports. This time we had kept a budget of Rs 979 crore for sports. During this, the focus is on sports. Playgrounds are being built in every village.
