Patiala- One day yoga camp was organized under the title 'War on Drugs' from 5 am to 7 am at Baradari Garden Patiala. Shri Kundan Gogia ji, Mayor Patiala and Dr. GS Anand, former Director NIS Patiala, were the special guests in this camp.
Shri Kundan Gogia Mayor Sahib said that to make Punjab drug free, drug abuse has to be eradicated from its roots. He gave the message of "Stay away from drugs, live a full life". He motivated everyone to maintain good health.
Chief Guest Dr. GS Anand, former Director NIS asked everyone to do yoga, exercise and walk daily. He said that JS Kauli Pradhal Health Awareness Society Regd: has been running yoga classes at Baradari under the guidance of Um Prakash Yoga Teacher continuously since 02-10-2015.
A one-day yoga camp was organized under the guidance of Manju Kumari. Yoga teacher Manju Kumari said that this yoga class is a unique effort to open the blocked veins of our body through games and laughter based on innovation. This method provides relief from many diseases.
On this occasion, Health Awareness Society Baradari Garden Regd., Jaswant Singh Kaul Yoga Parivar Group TS Bhamra, Ranjit Kaur, Harjeet Rosie, Fitness Club Patiala Happy Verma, Fitness Lovers Punjab Rajinder Aazi, Friends Baradari Garden Jasjit Raju, Jagdish Ahuja Jaggi Group (Baradari Walk Group), Simi Bhatia Bhangra Group Urvinder Kaur, Free Yoga Group ND Goyal, Butterfly Group Suman Devi, about 150 members were present. At the end, Lassi Langar was served.
