Mock drill to save precious lives at Veer Haqiqat Rai School on 7 May.

Patiala- Government of India and Government of Punjab have given instructions to conduct training and mock drills in every district of the country on 7 May to save precious lives during war and natural disasters. In this regard, Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Chief Trainer of Disaster Management, Civil Defence, First Aid Instructor and First Aid, Security, Health, Awareness Mission of Government of India, has conducted mock drills by giving training on disaster management, civil defence, first aid, fire safety in some hospitals, educational institutions and factories.

In this regard, Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Chief Trainer of Disaster Management, Civil Defence, First Aid Instructor and First Aid, Security, Health, Awareness Mission of Government of India, has conducted mock drills by giving training on disaster management, civil defence, first aid, fire safety in some hospitals, educational institutions and factories.
Kaka Ram Verma said that training, practice and mock drills are conducted by forming 8 types of teams. In connection with World Red Cross and Nursing Day, he will conduct a mock drill at Veer Haqiqat Rai School on 7 May at 9 am with the help of NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, scout guides and employees of Punjab Red Cross Saket Hospital of Veer Haqiqat Rai Model Senior Secondary School Patiala.
He said that the school's principal Sarla Bhatnagar is giving full cooperation, while some other institutions are also contacting to conduct the mock drill. And with the help of these students and the support of the administration, such mock drills can be conducted in public places and educational institutions as well.
