Garhshankar, October 18 - Jarnail Singh won the Sarpanch election from village Padddi Sura Singh of Garhshankar with great pomp and glory by a margin of 132 votes. He is an ex-serviceman and the current numberdar of the village. He actively participates in many social activities of the village. He said that the people of the village have a lot of expectations from Jarnail Singh, who has a clean image, regarding development work.
