Addressing on this occasion, the leaders said that the government had issued a notification on October 7, 2022 to appoint 8736 raw employees in the education department. Through which it was announced to confirm 525 raw employees of the Punjab School Education Board But these employees have not been confirmed so far.

The leaders said that while adopting the decision of this notification by the Punjab School Education Board, the proforma issued by the government regarding the regularization of 525 raw employees of the Punjab School Education Board was filled. And formed a 7-member committee to regularize these employees. The leaders said that it has been more than 1 year since the committee was formed And the committee just holds the meeting and cancels it. Apart from this, no further action has been taken so far.

The leaders said that during this time, the Union has been in touch with the Education Minister of Punjab and the government from time to time regarding regularization. And the board also kept meeting with the management but 525 raw employees have not been given appointment letters till date. He said that in every speech by the Chief Minister, it is said that he announces regularization only after getting complete information and satisfaction. But the daily employees of the Punjab School Education Board are still waiting for the regularization appointment letter from the Chief Minister.

The leaders said that due to non-regularization of the employees by the government, there is increasing anger among the employees And Delevays employees have decided to intensify the struggle against the government and board management.
