
Youth to contribute to realizing the dreams of martyrs: Bram Shankar Jimpa
Hoshiarpur- MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa today reached Sardar Bhagat Singh Chowk on the martyrdom day of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev and paid tribute to the martyrs. On this occasion, he offered floral tributes and remembered the sacrifices of these immortal revolutionaries and addressed the gathering.

MLA Jimpa said that Shaheed-e-Antim Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev sacrificed their lives for the freedom of India. He said that the great sacrifices of the martyrs still inspire the countrymen, especially the youth. He called upon the youth to contribute to the progress of the country by adopting the principles of the martyrs.
MLA Jimpa said that patriotism should not be limited to words only but should also be adopted in one's actions. He said that in today's time, the young generation should take inspiration from the sacrifices of the martyrs and work for the progress and development of the country.
He said that the Punjab government is continuously making efforts to realize the dreams of the martyrs. The government is encouraging the youth through various schemes and policies, so that they can play an important role in the development of the country.
On this occasion, Mayor Surinder Kumar Shinda, Senior Deputy Mayor Parveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjita Chaudhary, Councilor Rajeshwar Dayal Babbi, Bahadur Singh Sunet, Varinder Sharma, Manoj Dutta, Chandra Prakash, Brij Mattoo, Balwinder Rana, Mukhiya Ram, Mani Gogia, Ashok Sharma and other dignitaries were also present.
