Addressing the patients, Dr. Arun Bansal said that for oral health and teeth strength, every person should follow golden rules such as our food should contain vitamins, minerals and calcium.
We should not use too much sticky and sweet things in food, we must consult a dentist regularly (especially after every six months) and along with teeth, we should also keep the tongue clean. He said that one should brush after breakfast and dinner and rinse with clean water after every meal.
He said that teeth, mouth and tongue are all important parts of our body. We need to pay special attention to teeth, molars, tongue and mouth from young age to old age. The importance of good dental health should not be underestimated, always use fluoride toothpaste to clean teeth, brush your teeth with a toothbrush at a 45 degree angle in a slow back and forth motion.
Clean teeth gently from outside and inside, don't forget to clean the back of your teeth and use a good quality brush to clean your teeth.
Chew your food well, eat food rich in vitamins and minerals, brush your teeth after eating to remove plaque and avoid tobacco products. LHV Gurmeet Kaur and other staff were present on the occasion.
