This information was given by the club president Kulwant Singh Sangha in the meeting of Principal Harbhajan Singh Sporting Club today. Giving information about the tournament, he said that the amount of money for the winning clubs and colleges this time has been increased.

In which the winner of the club will be given Rs 3 lakh, the runner-up Rs 2 lakh, the college winner Rs 1.25 lakh, one lakh and the winner of the academies Rs 75 thousand and 50 thousand respectively. On this occasion, the club observed a minute's silence on the untimely death of international player and coach Gian Singh, Jeet Singh's mother Darshan Kaur and Kulwaran Singh's son Taranvir Singh. Their contribution to social service and the world of sports was remembered.
Giving information about the preparations for the tournament, the club's general secretary Dr. Parampreet Candowal said that this time 8 teams of children under the age of 14 will also compete.
