Mahilpur, March 12- Students of the Department of Political Science and the Department of English of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur made an educational tour of GSS Asha Kiran Special School Jahan Khelan Hoshiarpur, a school for children with special needs run by Asha Deep Welfare Society.
On this occasion, the teachers and students of the college gained information about the education given to students with special needs and the learning abilities of the students. The Principal and teachers of Asha Kiran School welcomed the students of Khalsa College, Mahilpur and shared information about the entire educational and administrative structure of the school and told the students about the education given with various teaching techniques.
On this occasion, the teachers of the school told about the hidden talent in these students with special needs and gave information about the achievements made by the students in various fields. On this occasion, Prof. Pawandeep Cheema, Dr. Tara Devi, Prof. Jaskaran Singh and Prof. Sukhwinder Singh along with the students of the Department of English and Political Science were present.
