
Punjab Subordinate Services Federation delegation holds panel meeting with Health Department Director, assures resolution of many demands.
Chandigarh, August 26 - Director of Health Services and Family Welfare Department Dr. Hatinder Kaur held a panel meeting with a delegation of Punjab Subordinate Services Federation Punjab to resolve the demands, during which many demands were assured of resolution.

A spokesperson for the federation said that the main demands discussed during the meeting with the 11-member delegation led by the Federation's State President Ranjit Singh Ranwan, Senior Vice President Gurpreet Singh Mangwal, Senior Leader Randeep Singh Fatehgarh Sahib, Harvinder Singh Chhina, Krishan Prasad, Korjit Singh, Ram Prasad Ferozepur, Daljit Singh Dhillon.
They included cancelling illegal transfers of class four and class three employees, implementing equal pay for equal work as per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court while regularising contract, daily wage incentive employees, time-bound promotions of multipurpose cadre and revising seniority lists, implementing Punjab scale instead of central scale, ensuring full wages, EPF, ESI and all facilities including outsourced employees through banks as per the decision of the labour department.
Two deputy directors and superintendents of all branches and office staff were present from the department in the meeting. He said that some demands were immediately resolved on this occasion and the leaders expressed their satisfaction at the meeting. The leaders said that if the demands were not resolved as per the assurance given, the organizational struggle would be started again.
