During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police closely observed the various branches, storage rooms and training activities operating in the police line. During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police took stock of the Munshi room, where police records, duty register and other records were examined.

During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police closely observed the various branches, storage rooms and training activities operating in the police line. During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police took stock of the Munshi room, where police records, duty register and other records were examined.
He instructed the concerned personnel to keep the records regular, transparent and updated. After this, he inspected the items kept in the TSI store like sticks, helmets, DFD, etc. He checked the maintenance status of the material, distribution process and stock register and gave instructions to keep the system better. In the MT Branch (Motor Transport Branch), the Superintendent of Police reviewed the condition, maintenance, service records and fuel distribution system of departmental vehicles.
He took feedback by talking to the drivers and MT staff present there and laid special emphasis on timely service and cleaning of vehicles. Superintendent of Police Hansi inspected the armory and checked the condition, cleanliness, count and registers of the weapons kept there. Necessary instructions were given to the staff present for proper maintenance of weapons and following safety standards.
During the inspection, the Superintendent of Police also met the trainee police personnel undergoing SWAT course (Special Weapons and Tactics Course) in the police line. The staff gave a live demo presentation of opening, cleaning and reassembling the weapons. Appreciating the quality of training, he said: *"SWAT team training shows the special capability of the police force, which ensures quick and effective action in times of crisis. Such courses make the police force professional and highly responsive."*

After the inspection, Superintendent of Police Amit Yashvardhan instructed all the personnel posted in the police line to be alert, disciplined, punctual and honest towards their duty.
