Saroa- Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Marg Sri Anandpur Sahib Garhshankar is the road whose construction work is going on continuously for the last one year under the leadership of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib's chief Jathedar Baba Sucha Singh and Sant Baba Satnam Singh. On this occasion, praising this unique service being done by the saints, he said that with the start of construction work of Sri Anandpur Sahib Marg, the decades old demand of the Sangat will be fulfilled and people will get great relief.
Gyani Sultan Singh further said that every year on the occasion of Hola Mohalla festival, Sangat from about 16 districts of Punjab reach Sri Anandpur Sahib through this route. But for a long time, the governments have not made any special efforts to build this route. Now, seeing the difficulties of the Sangat, the efforts that the Kar Seva sect has started at its own level are commendable steps.
On this occasion, Sant Baba Satnam Singh said that he had started the repair work of this road on 16 February 2024 and within a year he has got a lot of work done on this road from Kahnpur Khuhi to Kukkad Mazara. The rest of the work is going on at war footing. He said that he will improve the condition of this road till Hola Mohalla. Daljit Singh Bains, a famous social worker of this difficult Balachaur constituency, appealed to the Sangat to give maximum cooperation in this selfless service.
He said that if the Sangat continues to support him like this, then he will make this road an ideal road. On this occasion, contractor Manjinder Singh Atwal Mazari, Daljit Singh Bains Khurdan, Baba Harjaap Singh, Ladi Singh, Baba Munshi Singh, Baba Sahib Singh, Harpal Singh Pali, Inderjit Singh Bamb, Nirmal Singh Boda etc. were also present with him.
