Nawanshahr- Lions Club Gold Bandagi 321-D Nawanshahr took a unique initiative and handed over hi-tech stick lights to District Police Chief Dr. Mehtab Singh for controlling traffic at night.
Giving information, President Lakhwinder Singh Surpuria and Club Patron Pal Singh Banga said that for controlling traffic at night and in dense fog, the club has provided 30 hi-tech stick lights showing go and stop signals for the convenience of traffic staff and officers so that heavy vehicles, trolleys and other vehicles can be controlled.
On this occasion, Police Chief Dr. Mehtab Singh also appreciated this initiative of Lions Club Gold Bandagi. DSP Lakhvir Singh, Chairman Balvir Singh Puni, Secretary Rajinder Singh Saidpuri, Treasurer Jaspal Singh Longia, P.R. were present on the occasion.
