Heritage fair organized in Khalsa College.

Garhshankar- A heritage fair dedicated to the month of Sawan was organized by the Women's Cell of the college at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College Garhshankar, which is run under the management of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee. During the fair, various cultural performances were performed by the students.

The students performed folk songs like Suhag, Ghodiya etc. as well as Giddha. Mehndi and Sewiya painting competitions were also organized by the students in which the students participated enthusiastically and won prizes.
Principal Dr. Amandeep Hira motivated the students to connect with their heritage. He praised Dr. Janki Agarwal and all the staff of the Women's Cell for organizing the heritage fair and appreciated the cultural items presented by the students.
On this occasion, the responsibility of conducting the stage was performed well by Dr. Kanwaljit Kaur and the students. On this occasion, Prof. Lakhwinderjit Kaur, Dr. Manbir Kaur, Prof. Ritu Singh, Dr. Arvinder Kaur, Dr. Harvinder Kaur and all the staff attended the function. The enthusiastic participation of the students and staff and the heritage color of the fair made the function memorable.
