Patiala, November 11 - A special lecture on 'Mental Health and Wellness' was organized by the Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology of Punjabi University. This speech was delivered by Counselor Dr. Ruby Gupta from Student Counseling Center in Dean Student Welfare Office.
Dr. Ruby Gupta talks about the different layers and parameters of mental health in her and explains its importance in holistic well-being. Speaking on the occasion, Head of the Department Dr. Ranjitha commented on mental health and emphasized the need to know its importance.
On this occasion, the students asked various questions related to the topic and created a dialogue.
