Prikshit Brar and Arshdeep Kaur of Punjabi University won three medals in shooting

Patiala, November 11 - Panjabi University shooter Prikshit Singh Brar has won the gold medal in the ongoing '2024 World University Shooting Championship' in New Delhi. A day ago, Punjabi University shooter Arshdeep Kaur had won two gold and bronze medals.

Dean Academic Affairs Prof. Narinder Kaur Multani, Registrar Prof. Sanjeev Puri and Director of Sports Department Prof. Ajita from the University Authority congratulated the player Prikshit Singh Brar and his coach Surinder Kaur and Swaranjit Kaur, the coach of Arshdeep Kaur. He said that the performance of the sports department of the university has been stamped with this series of winning medals.
He said that the continuous achievements in the field of sports are increasing the pride of Punjabi University which is a matter of happiness for the institution. He said that talented sportsmen like Arshdeep Kaur and Prakishit Singh Brar are the pride of the university.
Arshdeep Kaur won two medals in the '2024 FISU World University Championship Shooting Sport' held at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad.
