SAS Nagar, November 4 - The Gurtagaddi Parv of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was celebrated with great reverence at the historic Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan in the nearby village of Sohana. After the morning bhog of Sri Sahaj Path Sahib Ji, religious celebrations were held throughout the day.
In this event, Bhai Gurnam Singh's International Dhaadi Jatha tried to connect the devotees with the context of Gurtagaddi of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The Ragi Jatha and other speakers tried to connect the devotees with the Guru through Kirtan and Katha. All the Jathas were felicitated and Langar was served to the devotees.
On November 8, a great Gurmat program will be organized on the occasion of the completion of the 5656th Sri Akhand Path Sahib of the 56th series.
