Patiala, October 30 - White coat ceremony was performed in Government Medical College, Patiala. On this occasion, the new students of the MBBS 2024 batch admitted to the medical college were given white coats by the faculty of the college. Principal of the college Dr. Rajan Singla informed the students about the importance of the white coat worn by doctors.
 He said that for the first time the parents of the students were also invited to be a part of this event. He also highlighted various latest facilities and achievements of the institution. Professor and Head Dr. Maninderjit Kaur welcomed the students and parents for this auspicious occasion. Director Principal Dr. Rajan Singla and Vice Principal Dr. RPS Sibiya also took the charak oath.
