Punjab Government committed to development of small scale industries - Brahm Shankar Gimpa

Hoshiarpur - Punjab Cabinet Minister Brahm Shankar Jimpa said that the state government is fully committed to promote small scale industries. He was speaking today during the function organized on the occasion of the inauguration of street lights installed by Municipal Corporation Hoshiarpur at Focal Point located on Phagwara Road. The event was organized by Focal Point Industrial Association.

The event was organized by Focal Point Industrial Association.
On this occasion, Hoshiarpur Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjita Chaudhary were also specially present. In his address on this occasion, Cabinet Minister Jimpa said that the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to solving every problem of small scale industries. He said that necessary steps are also being taken to strengthen the security arrangements of the focal point area, so that entrepreneurs can get a safe and orderly environment.
Describing the installation of street lights at the focal point as an important step, Gimpa said that it would not only increase the security of the area but also facilitate the functioning of industries. He also emphasized that the Punjab government is constantly striving to boost the industrial development of the state and no stone will be left unturned in this direction. In the end, the cabinet minister said that the Punjab government is making all possible efforts to develop industries and create new employment opportunities in the state. He invited the industrialists to cooperate with the government in the industrial development of the state and contribute in bringing more improvements in this direction through their suggestions.
