Hoshiarpur - A meeting of Shiv Sena Samajwadi Party was held today at Hotel Maharaja under the chairmanship of Punjab Working President Javed Khan. Many Himachal residents living in Hoshiarpur also participated in this meeting. On this occasion, Javed Khan and all Himachal residents strongly condemned the attacks by the mischievous elements on the tourists of Punjab in Himachal. On this occasion, he demanded from the Himachal government to take immediate action against these mischievous elements, otherwise the consequences will be dire. Due to which the people of both Punjab and Himachal will suffer. He said that the people of Himachal and Punjab have been living together for centuries. Lakhs of people from Himachal are working and lovingly living in Punjab. Similarly, lakhs of pilgrims from Punjab go to pay obeisance at various religious places of Himachal Pradesh and lakhs of people go to places like Shimla, Kullu, Manali etc. All these people enter Himachal through Punjab. If the people of Punjab continue to be attacked in the same way in Himachal, then the people of Himachal living in Punjab and the people coming from Himachal will also suffer and the economy of Himachal will also be badly affected. Such incidents will encourage Khalistani-minded elements, which will hurt the unity and integrity of the country. So it would be good for all of us if the Himachal government maintains law and order and takes strict legal action against those who attack Punjabis. District Youth President Mandhir Singh Rinka, Urban Youth President Sandeep Sood, Madan Verma, Satish Thakur, Yashpal Sharma, Surinder Sharma, Vivek Sharma, Sona Chopra and Satinder Kumar were present on this occasion.
