700 Vita Booths to open in the state Chief Minister

Chandigarh, July 28:- Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that special incentives will be given to self-help groups of women registered under cooperative societies so that they can become self-reliant. Apart from this, loan facility will also be provided for these groups to purchase sheds and cattle on panchayat land under the joint dairy scheme.
The Chief Minister was chairing a review meeting of cooperative federations like Cooperative Federation, Dairyfed, Vita Booth, Harhit Store, Laborfed, Housefed etc. in Chandigarh late on Monday evening. Cooperation Minister Arvind Sharma was also present in the meeting.
The Chief Minister said that the government has taken several steps to increase the sources of income in rural areas. An incentive of Rs. 10 per liter will be given to women associated with self-help groups registered under cooperative societies. There will be no shortage of budget for milk production and other milk products. He announced an increase of Rs 2 in the incentive amount given by the Cooperation Department from Rs 3 in winter and Rs 5 in summer. Now this amount has been increased to Rs 5 and Rs 7 per liter. He said that Rs 3 per liter is being increased for milk marketing so that Vita milk can be made profitable on the lines of other milk.

The Chief Minister said that Murha breed buffalo is the identity of Haryana. More meaningful efforts should be made to increase milk production. Therefore, women's groups in PAX should be encouraged to start milk dairies. He said that 143 self-help groups of the state have agreed to sell milk. Soon, 'to further strengthen cooperation, sheds will be constructed for these groups and modern dairy facilities will be provided and the work will be started.

**Online registration of 710 cooperative societies
The Chief Minister said that out of 800 cooperative societies in the state, 710 have been registered online. This campaign is being accelerated so that all societies can be registered online and share transfer service can be started. He said that work should be done to convert CM Pex into M Pex so that 33 types of work like CSC, cattle feed, seed sale, fertilizer, pesticides etc. can be started in them. He said that like other states, a comprehensive action plan should be made to make cooperative societies profitable. Every household can get work through cooperative societies. In this way, by strengthening the rural economy, Haryana has to be taken to new heights in the dairy development sector.

**700 Vita Booths to be opened in the state
The Chief Minister said that 674 Vita Booths have been opened in the state to increase employment and 318 more booths will be opened soon. Apart from this, the process is underway for 240 booths. He said that work is being done rapidly to increase the number of Vita Booth centers. 5 lakh liters of milk is being purchased daily through cooperative societies. He said that various products should be prepared from milk so that the cooperative federation can be raised from losses. For this, ice cream production will be started soon.

**The capacity of Bawal milk plant will be increased to 5 lakh liters
The Chief Minister said that efforts should be made for Railways and Defense for the sale of Vita milk and products. He said that a milk plant of 1.50 lakh liters capacity is being set up in Bawal, the capacity of which will be increased to 5 lakh liters in a phased manner. Apart from this, a plant with a capacity of 1.50 lakh liters is also being set up in Ambala. Apart from this, 21 milk chilling centers with a capacity of 5 to 10 thousand liters will be opened in every district of the state.
He said that 75 booths have been opened at the bus stands of Haryana Raj Parivahan. Apart from this, Vita booths like Jan Aushadhi stores will also be opened in railway stations, tourism areas and group housing societies and civil hospitals. Similarly, 1400 Harhit stores will be opened in the state and 300 places have been identified for IOCL in Panchayats.

**Target of crushing in sugar mills to 130 days, recovery target to be increased to 10 percent
The Chief Minister said that the target of crushing in cooperative sugar mills should be increased to 130 days and the recovery target should be increased to 10 percent. Apart from this, farmers should be encouraged to cultivate maximum sugarcane with the use of drip irrigation to increase the area of ??sugarcane. For this, quarterly meetings of the Board of Directors should be held with the farmers. High quality jaggery should be made in Kaithal Sugar Mill. He directed the departments, boards and corporations of the state to use sugar pouches.
The Chief Minister said that in addition to sugarcane harvester machines, work is also being done to install compressed biogas plants in sugar mills. Harcofed is providing housing loans of up to Rs 12.50 lakh to poor families at 7 percent interest. So far, houses of 21 thousand people have been constructed.
A detailed report should be prepared on the availability of tractors and other vehicles purchased in the cooperative federation. Apart from this, a list of agricultural equipment purchased in custom hire centers should also be made so that proper use of these equipment can be ensured. He said that all the transaction work should be done online to prevent fraud in transactions.
