40 employees responsible for counting Ram Mandir offerings removed

Ayodhya: On Monday, 40 employees tasked with counting offerings at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya were removed from their duties. According to sources, other staff members have been assigned to take their place, while the removed employees have been posted elsewhere. Additionally, three extra CCTV cameras have been installed at the counting site, bringing the total number of cameras there to four.
Meanwhile, Santosh Dubey, President of the Dharma Sena, has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding the dissolution of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT), which is probing allegations of irregularities and theft regarding the offerings, is likely to submit its preliminary report to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today. The SIT had arrived to meet the Chief Minister on Sunday evening, but the meeting could not take place as he was occupied with a meeting related to the monsoon session.
The SIT has warned all individuals questioned in connection with the matter not to leave Ayodhya until further orders.
These individuals include the Trust's General Secretary Champat Rai, Trustee Anil Mishra, and the temple construction in-charge, Gopal Rao. However, sources indicate that Gopal Rao has already left Ayodhya for Karnataka. It remains unclear whether he informed the SIT about his departure. A journalist attempted to contact him via phone, but the call went unanswered; attempts to obtain a response via message were also unsuccessful.
