38 Medical Officers Promoted to Senior Medical Officers
Chandigarh, July 14:- The Haryana government has given a big gift to the officers associated with the medical field by taking a big administrative decision in the state's health department. The government has promoted 38 medical officers of the state and appointed them to the post of Senior Medical Officer. With this step of the government, a very old and long-pending demand of the "Haryana Civil Medical Services Association" has been fulfilled, which has caused a wave of happiness among the government doctors of the state.
Giving detailed information in this regard, a government spokesperson said that a high-level delegation of the association had recently met Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao. During this meeting, the office bearers of the association had prominently placed before her the obstacles facing the promotion of medical officers and the demand for promotion to the post of Senior Medical Officer. Seeing the legitimate demands of the doctors and the need to improve health services, Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao immediately took a positive stance on this and issued strict instructions to the top officials of the Health Department to work expeditiously on the file in this regard and take immediate action.
Following the instructions of the Health Minister, the Department worked promptly and officially issued orders to promote 38 Medical Officers to the post of SMO. This decision of the government will not only boost the morale of the doctors, but also a major improvement will be seen in the management of health services in the state by getting experienced administrative officers in various government hospitals and community health centers. The association has welcomed this immediate decision of the government and expressed gratitude to the Health Minister.
