32 posts to be filled on deputation in Human Resource Department
Chandigarh, July 24:- The Haryana Government has invited applications for filling up 32 posts on deputation basis in the Human Resource Department. Eligible regular officers and employees working in various departments of the state government will be able to apply for these posts.
According to a letter issued by the department, eight different categories of posts will be filled in the department. These include the posts of 13 Assistants, 6 Clerks, 3 Superintendents, 3 Personal Assistants, 3 Steno-Typists, 2 Junior Scale Stenographers, 1 Personal Secretary and 1 Driver. These appointments to be made on deputation basis will be made as per the provisions of the Haryana Civil Services (General) Rules, 2016.
The government has prescribed different eligibility criteria for each post. For most of the posts, at least three years of experience in an equivalent position will be required, while for the post of Junior Scale Stenographer, two years of experience has been prescribed.
Employees who have served more than eight years as Assistant or Deputy Superintendent will also be eligible for the post of Superintendent. Similarly, employees with more than eight years of experience as Personal Assistant will be able to apply for the post of Private Secretary.
All departments have been directed to send the applications of interested and eligible employees, their bio-data in the prescribed format and a summary of the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) of the last five years to the Human Resources Department within 30 days from the date of issue of the letter.
The government has clarified that only those names of employees against whom there is no disciplinary action, vigilance investigation or penalty pending should be sent. The departments have also been asked to recommend such officers and employees who, if selected, can be dismissed immediately.
Interested employees can also send the advance copy of their application directly to the Human Resources Department. However, they will be required to produce NOC from their parent department before attending the interview or selection process.
