Mahilpur- With the aim of highlighting the talent of children, the 31st Karumbalan Literary Creation Competition will be organized by Sur Sangam Educational Trust Mahilpur on Sunday, November 9 at 10 am at Karumbalan Bhawan Mahilpur. Giving this information, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Baljinder Mann, said that on this occasion, poetry, story, essay and painting competitions will be held.
In which four participants from a school can participate. Interested school heads can send the details of their students to the editor by October 2, 2025. Sets of books will be provided to encourage all the participants.
The prize-winning works will be given cash prizes and certificates as National Award-winning teacher and writer Giani Harkewal Singh Saaliani Memorial Annual Scholarship. The selected works will be published in Nikiya Karumbalan magazine.
On this occasion, prominent associates of the trust Jasvir Chand Nawanshahr, Balbir Sidhu Canada were present in a dignified manner. In this meeting of Sur Sangam Educational Trust, after discussing the limitations and possibilities of children's literature, the outline of the 31st annual festival of Nikiya Karumbalan was also drawn.
